Who this bat suits

Knocking-in

This bat is supplied with a natural blade finish and needs knocking-in before it faces a hard ball. New English willow is soft, and the fibres must be compressed gradually — typically six to eight hours across several sessions, working the face first and edges and toe last. Skipping it is the most common reason a bat cracks in its first season, and it is not covered by warranty.
