At Go Cricket USA, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Below are our shipping and delivery guidelines:
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Free Shipping
- United States: Free ground shipping on orders of $200 or more.
- Canada: Free shipping on orders of $300 or more (estimated delivery 5–8 business days).
Free shipping thresholds are based on the order subtotal in US dollars, after discounts and before taxes and duties.
Shipping Methods (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days.
- Next-Day Shipping: Available for urgent deliveries (additional charges apply).
Shipping Costs
For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address, package weight and chosen shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Canada and International Shipping
We ship to Canada and to over 150 countries worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx. Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For all orders shipped outside the United States (including Canada), customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Duties and import taxes are calculated and shown as a separate line item at checkout, and are paid at the time of purchase.
- Because duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, you will not be asked to pay additional customs charges on delivery.
- International orders are processed by our global partner, Global-e, which acts as the merchant of record and handles customs clearance on your behalf.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
