The GO White Leather Cricket Ball is a dedicated training ball for teams and academies that get through a lot of balls. At a regulation 156g with a four-piece leather construction and a hand-stitched seam, it behaves close enough to a match ball for practice to actually transfer — batters read the seam, bowlers feel the grip, and keepers get a true bounce off the pitch.

A training ball, not a match ball

This one is made for volume use in practice: net sessions, indoor nets, throwdowns, fielding drills and limited overs training. It isn't alum tanned, which keeps the price down for squads buying in quantity but also means it won't hold up to a full innings the way a match ball does. Four-piece construction

Four leather panels stitched around the core, the same build used in match balls. It holds its shape through repeated use and keeps a pronounced seam far longer than a two-piece ball, which is what makes it worth putting in front of your bowlers rather than a cheaper training substitute.

Regulation weight

MCC Law 4 permits a men's senior ball to weigh between 155.9g and 163g. At 156g, this ball sits at the lighter end of that band — lighter balls tend to swing a little more in the air, which suits net bowling.

Why white

White leather is the standard for limited overs and evening sessions under lights, and it's far easier to pick up indoors against a sports hall wall than a red ball. Better visibility against darker sightscreens and green outfields, so net sessions can run later into the day.
